On 11th July 2013, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mr Vidya Shankar, CEO, SETMAH, Govt of Andhra Pradesh to deliver the message on Organ donation on the occasion of World Population Day. The students from nursing and physiotherapy colleges attended the talk followed by the rally. Mrs. Lalitha Raghuram, Country Director, delivered the talk on organ donation, Brain Death and myths associated with organ donation. Mr. Girija Shankar, District collector addressed the students. Ln. Natraj, President of Red Cross, Mahabubnagar pledged for organ donation.
Around 400 students and employees of Department of Health attended the session. Donor cards and information brochures were given to all.
