- For short-term courses – due to low fees and administrative/banking costs, refunds are not available.
Participation Requirement To qualify for a refund (except in cases of ineligibility or advance payment), you must have:
- Logged in and completed at least 5% of the course content, and
- Expressed your dissatisfaction within the specified number of days from enrollment.
Refund Request Timeline
- A written refund request must be submitted within the specified number of days from enrollment, as mentioned above (wherever applicable).
- The request should clearly state your reason for dissatisfaction.
Assessment of Request
- Our team will review your request, may reach out for clarification, and explore resolution options before approval.
Processing of Refund
- Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days, after assessment of the request.
- Refunds will not be applicable if more than 10% of the course content has been completed or if the request is made after the specified number of days from enrollment.
- Refunds are not provided for short-term courses due to cost structure.
- Non-participation without communication does not qualify for refunds.
- We encourage learners to contact us early if they face difficulties, so we can help resolve them.
