On June 30, 2026, MOHAN Foundation, Nagpur organized a Felicitation Ceremony in honour of Mr. Shyam Panjala, Social Work Superintendent, Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Nagpur, on the occasion of his transfer. The ceremony was conducted to acknowledge and appreciate his valuable contribution and continuous support toward strengthening deceased organ donation activities.
Mr. Shyam Panjala has played a significant and inspiring role in the highly sensitive process of organ donation. Through his compassionate communication with donor families during emotionally difficult times, emotional support, and guidance during the decision-making process, he has contributed meaningfully to promoting organ donation as a life-saving humanitarian act.
His dedicated efforts and collaborative approach helped strengthen coordination between hospital teams and transplant stakeholders, supporting the successful facilitation of deceased organ donation processes and providing hope and new life opportunities to patients awaiting transplantation.
On behalf of MOHAN Foundation, Ms. Veena Wathore (Project Manager), Mr. Ramesh Bhisikar (Ambassador), Ms. Neha Sailwar (Program Executive), and Mr. Dhiraj Kurve (Transplant Coordinator) felicitated Mr. Shyam Panjala by presenting a shawl, bouquet, and certificate of appreciation as a token of gratitude and respect for his dedicated service.
