Felicitation Ceremony Conducted for Ms. Pratibha Bhakre on the Occasion of Her Retirement and Book Publication Ceremony

  • On June 30, 2026, MOHAN Foundation, Nagpur participated in the Retirement and Book Publication Ceremony organized in honour of Ms. Pratibha Bhakre, Assistant Welfare Commissioner, Maharashtra Labour Welfare Board, Nagpur. The felicitation was conducted in recognition of her continuous support and valuable contribution toward promoting organ donation awareness activities.

    Ms. Pratibha Bhakre has consistently supported MOHAN Foundation in organizing Organ Donation Awareness Sessions at Kamgar Kalyan Bhawan, Nagpur, and creating opportunities to spread awareness among the community. The occasion also provided an opportunity to strengthen future collaboration for awareness and outreach activities.

    The event was graced by distinguished dignitaries including:

    • Hon. Dr. Manali Kshirsagar, Vice Chancellor, RTM Nagpur University
    • Hon. Dr. Nilakant Kulsange, Senior Theatre Artist and Former Director, Song and Drama Division, Government of India
    • Hon. Dr. Suruchi Dabir, Professor, V.M.V. College and renowned author
    • Hon. Dr. Rajendra Watane, Professor, Department of Marathi, Taywade College, scholar and researcher in Sant literature
    • Hon. Dr. Balwant Bhoir, noted poet, writer, scholar, and critic
    • Ms. Jigisha, author of the published book

    On behalf of MOHAN Foundation, Ms. Veena Wathore (Project Manager), Mr. Ramesh Bhisikar (Ambassador), Ms. Neha Sailwar (Program Executive), and Mr. Dhiraj Kurve (Transplant Coordinator) attended the ceremony and felicitated Ms. Pratibha Bhakre by presenting a memento, shawl, and bouquet as a token of appreciation and respect.

    During the interaction, the MOHAN Foundation team expressed sincere gratitude for her continuous encouragement and acknowledged her contribution in supporting organ donation awareness initiatives. The ceremony also created an opportunity to connect with eminent personalities and discuss future possibilities for collaborative social awareness activities.
