Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai was invited to conduct an awareness program on organ donation by Police Recruitment School (PRS), Madurai on 25th May 2017 at 2:00pm. 50 officers at the rank of Inspector, Sub-Inspector and Head constable from Madurai, Sivagangai, Virudhunagar, Dindigul, Theni and Ramanathapuram attended the programme. Mr. S. Venkatesh, Transplant Coordinator, Government Rajaji Hospital addressed the participants.

After the session, all 50 police personnel expressed their support for organ donation and pledged by picking up a donor card.
