Magal Engg Tech Private Limited, has a manufacturing facility at Sipcot Industrial Growth Centre, Oragadam, Kanchepuram. The HR team organized an awareness program on Organ Donation and Transplantation for the staff. Responding to Mr. Sathish, Head- HR & Admin, MOHAN Foundation organized the session on November 15, 2022in the training hall.
Mr. Ganesh C, Marketing Coordinator – MOHAN Foundation, briefly walked the audience through the concept of Organ Donation and Transplantation, Brain Death and Organ Donation Helpline 1800 103 7100. For better understanding a video on Brain death was screened followed by another video of a heart transplant recipient sharing his experience. The session concluded with a brief Q&A session and vote of thanks by Mr. Sathish G, HR.

Mr. Sathish G agreed to screen Organ Donation related awareness videos/slides on the television at their plant. 15 employees participated and all pledged to support and spread the word on Organ Donation and Transplantation.
