Mr. Sri Murthy, Manager, Adarsha Senior Citizens Association, Mansoorabad, Hyderabad invited MOHAN Foundation to conduct awareness session on organ donation at adarsha senior citizens association community hall.
On 12th January 2022, Dr. Bhanu Prakash, Transplant Coordinator of MOHAN Foundation addressed the Adarsha senior citizen association members. He explained the concept of brain death, importance of the organ donation, eye donation, whole body donation and myths involved in organ donation.
Around 70 members attended the session. Donor cards and brochures were distributed at the end of the session to everyone.
