On 23rd September 2015, Marudhar Kesari Jain College for Women, Vaniyambadi conducted an Organ Donation Drive for their college students and Mrs. Sivapriya invited MOHAN Foundation to create awareness on Organ Donation.
The programme began with a welcome address by Mrs. C. Jayasri Assistant Professor, Dept of English. Mr. Prakash K. Transplant Coordinator, MOHAN Foundation Chennai facilitated the event and spoke about the Concepts of Organ Donation.
The following topics were covered in the presentation:
Totally 800 staff and students participated in the event. All of them pledged for the Donor Card and supported the noble cause of organ donation. At the end of the programme Ms. M. Mythili NSS Student Secretary gave the vote of thanks.
