Chef Preethi is a Culinary Expert, Chef Mentor, Restaurant Strategist and F&B Business Coach. She did her schooling in Hotel Management at SRM University Kattankulathur and has worked as chef in Taj Group of Hotel for over 5 years. As an active entrepreneur she supports people to establish restaurants and food outlets. Over 43 food outlets have been established and successfully running in Chennai under her guidance.
On June 09, 2023, Mr Ganesh C, Marketing Coordinator met Chef Preethi at one of her recently opened restaurants “Coffee There” OMR, Thoraipakkam. She supported in setting up a table top stand containing information brochures on organ donation and poster for donor registration at Coffee There. Mr Ganesh explained the concept of organ donation and transplantation, government schemes to support recipients, myths and scams and effective usage of organ donation helpline: 1800 103 7100.
Chef Preethi, opened up about her experience on organ donation and wishes to pledge for eye donation. She is also willing to take this up with her other restaurants based on the reach. Ms. Preethi and Mr. Ganesh discussed setting up a selfie stand on organ donation at her food outlets. Chennai citizens are requested to check out the information desk at “Coffee There”.
