On 13th August 2016, Mrs. Jaya Jairam was invited to conduct Organ donation drive for staff members aṭ RioCare, a company based in Navi Mumbai. She spoke about the huge gap in the demand and supply of viable organs and the immediate need for spreading awareness and saving lives. The common barriers and misconceptions surrounding organ donation were addressed. She also narrated her own story of how a transplant saved her life and her to normalcy. This inspired many of the employees to sign up and pledge their organs.
14 employees signed up on the spot to support the cause.
