MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum and SBI sponsored a program at 101.2 AIR on 3rd June, 2023 from 9.15 am to 9.45 am featuring Dr. Navneet Saxena. AIR has almost 5000 live listeners via its mobile app, and via radio, it covers 70% area of Rajasthan accounting for more than 50,000 live listeners.
Dr. Navneet Saxena, Consultant Nephrologist at JNU hospital and CKS hospital answered various questions related to Kidney like common kidney diseases, its symptoms, what is dialysis,how does it help people with kidney diseases and how kidney disease can affect other parts of body as well. He also answered various questions related to kidney transplantation like what is kidney transplantations and when it is recommended, what precautions should patient take once transplantation is done, etc.
Towards the end, Dr. Navneet Saxena encouraged the audience to talk about and pledge for the organ donation with their family and friends and support the cause and request the listeners to save the toll free number 1800-103-7100.
