World Organ Donation Week Celebrated at Nagpur and Jabalpur with Being Samajik Sansritik Sanstha

  • Showing gratitude towards every Organ Donor every year the 13th August is celebrated World Organ Donation Day. Ms Prarthana Dwivedi of MOHAN Foundation along with Transplants Help the Poor Foundation, initiated Organ Donation campaign with Being Samajik or Sansritik Sanstha, Jabalpur which promoted & coordinated the activities in Madhya Pradesh.

    The main objective of this campaign was to make students and general public understand the importance Organ Donation and inspire them to associate and support the cause. There were many Elite members of society who had come to give their tremendous support to this program. The campaign carried many an activities like Drawing, Rangoli, Essay, Slogan and Poster competition for young age group students of Nagpur and Jabalpur.

    Students came forward with various ways by Drawing, Rangoli, Essay, Slogans and Posters participated from Nagpur and Jabalpur. There was enthusiasm among them and the people of the city. It seemed to be a very successful campaign. Prize distribution for participants from each category will also be held for all these competitions. We would like to thank Mr Prabhat Barman of Being Samajik Sansritik Sanstha, Jabalpur for supporting the cause of Organ Donation in Madhya Pradesh.
