On 10th August 2016, REAL Trust, Chennai conducted an awareness programme at Nagooran Thottam, Kasimedu on Organ Donation. Mr. Lawrence Executive Director invited Govt. Stanley Hospital Chennai to sensitize the public on Organ Donation. Mr. Prakash K. Transplant Coordinator, MOHAN Foundation, deputed at Govt. Stanley Hospital facilitated and explained about the process and concepts of Organ Donation. The participants from all women from the fishing community participated very actively.
