4th September 2021:
Mr. Vasu, a private sector employee and resident of Srinagar Colony, Hyderabad visited the MOHAN Foundation Hyderabad office on 4th September 2021.
He enquired about organ donation and Dr. Bhanu Prakash, Transplant Coordinator, explained the concept of brain death and organ donation, cornea and whole body donation, THO 1994 act, myths involved in organ donation and about the importance of donor card.
He pledged for his organs, informed that he will motivate his family members and friends to pledge, and also promised to arrange an awareness program on organ donation in his apartments premises.
16th September 2021:
Mr. Nagaraju, a IT employee, working at Gachibowli Hyderabad, visited the MOHAN Foundation Hyderabad office on 16th September 2021. He was accompanied by his friend
Mr. Rajesh.
He enquired about organ donation and Dr. Bhanu Prakash, Transplant Coordinator, explained the concept of brain death and organ donation, cornea and whole body donation, THO 1994 act, myths involved in organ donation and about the importance of donor card.
He pledged his organs and also took some donor cards for his friends and family members. He expressed his wish to work as a volunteer with MOHAN Foundation.
