MOHAN Foundation conducted an awareness session on skin donation at Maheshwari Blind School in Belagavi on 18th January 2020.
MOHAN Foundation was represented by Mrs. Sheetal Mundada and Dr. Bindita, Plastic Surgeon from KLE Hospital was invited as an external speaker.
Mrs. Sheetal began the session by explaining the basics of organ donation and gave insights on the activities of MOHAN Foundation. Dr. Bindita continued the session by sharing certain concepts, myths and facts related to skin donation.
Around 180 people attended the session and were enthusiastic about supporting the cause. MOHAN Foundation is thankful to the Giants Group of Belgaum Pariwar for giving the opportunity to conduct this session.
