  • Received a call from Ms. Jyothi (Transplant coordinator) Apollo Hospital, jubilee hills informing about a potential brain dead patient. This could not be translated into donation for the following reasons:

    Delayed information

    Patient was not maintained properly

    Lack of coordination between hospital staff.
