On 5th January 2017, MSC Nursing students from Nizams college of Nursing visited MOHAN Foundation office to know the details of Organ donation and MOHAN Foundation activities.
There were 22 students that visited MOHAN Foundation. Concept of Organ donation, Brain death, legal aspects, Different types of organ donation and Transplantation, declaration of Brain death, importance of Transplant coordinator were explained.
Information brochures and Donor cards were distributed.
Some of the students expressed interest in Transplant coordinators training program.
