‘LADY 2014’ an exhibition of products for the house was held from 7th - 9th February 2014 at the YMCA grounds in Royapettah, Chennai. The organizers invited MOHAN Foundation to put up a stall on Organ Donation. It was coordinated by Ms. Geeta of Rotary Club.
MOHAN Foundation set up an information stall with the help of banners, standees, brochures and powerpoint presentations on a laptop. Ms. Sunita and Mr. Ashok of MOHAN Foundation manned the stall. They distributed information brochures visitors as well to all other stall owners.
The visitors were explained the need for organ donation, brain death, the process of donation after brain death, importance of a donor card and eye donation. 17 visitors picked up a donor card and registered as organ donors.
