On the occasion of Independence Day, 15 August 2016 the Matru Sewa Sangh Institute of Social Work, Bajaj Nagar, Nagpur, and Principal Dr. John Menachery invited MOHAN Foundation to arrange a stall about Deceased Organ Donation.
Dr. Keshav Walke, Dr. Naveen Chandran, Dr. Jyoti Niswade, Dr. Vaishali Bezalwar, Mrs. Jyoti Modgare, Miss. Nandita Mane and Mrs. Rashmi Baulker were visited stall. Ms. Kanchan Shewde Transplant coordinator MOHAN Foundation, managed that stall with healp of banner, Donor card, information brochures and consent form etc.
She explained MOHAN Foundation activities, concept of brain death and organ donation, Role of ZTCC and helpline number, She requested the audience to visit MOHAN Foundation website.
In that stall 100 students and staff were visited, 46 students signed the consent form.
