On May 14, 2024, MOHAN Foundation conducted an awareness session for another batch of nursing staff ofDhiraj Hospital, including the staff from MICU, SICU and PICU. In order to boost organ donation and transplantation, MOHAN foundation has been working with medical colleges and hospitals.
Dhiraj Hospital has shown active interest in promoting organ donation and transplantation within their hospital.
The sessions covered all the necessary areas like, legalities of organ donation, types of donors, what organs can be donated and importance of counselling of the relatives. 16 staff attended the session.
