Allset Business Solutions is a financial company at Greams Road, Chennai that provides banking services. Every year around Independence Day they conduct an event for the benefit of their staff as a part of their CSR initiative. This time the organization, organized a Service Camp which consisting Blood Donation, Ophthalmology and Organ Donation Camps on Aug 13, 2022.
MOHAN Foundation was invited to be part of their activity, 5th year of this collaboration. To support the good deed, the team of Dr. Hemal Kanvinde, Quality Assurance Officer, Mr. Ganesh C, Marketing Coordinator and Ms. Nagashree, Intern Student, put up an information desk. Staff and visitors to the desk were educated about organ donation, brain death, transplantation, usage of the helpline and how to register as a donor. Mr. Ganesh, took extra effort in explaining the concept of 4 differently abled employees of Allset Business Solutions and supported them in taking pledge as an Organ Donor All the participants were givrn a green ribbon, information pamphlets and bike stickers with helpline number.
Over 60 members visited the desk among which 38 members pledged as organ donors and picked a donor card. MOHAN Foundation thanks Mr. David and the Management of Allset Business Solution for organizing the event and supporting the MOHAN Foundation staff throughout the event.
