Transplant surgeon Dr. Christopher Taylor Barry delivered an organ donation awareness speech to 150 students at the Indian Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) on 21st February 2015. Accompanying Dr. Barry were Neeraj Doshi and Bhavna Jagwani of the MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen’s Forum (MFJCF). They were felicitated by Ashok Kaushik, Dean of IIHMR. Doctor Barry discussed the recent successes of the Rajasthan Deceased Donor Transplant Program as well as the importance of organ donation in India. The students asked many thoughtful questions and showed interest in promoting awareness among their peers.
