On June 11, 2025, Project Manager Mr. Venkatesh Kattela continued his impactful work in organ donation awareness. In a highly successful parallel initiative, an organ donation awareness talk was conducted at the Bajaj Electronics, Ibrahimpatnam branch. With the excellent support of Store Manager MD Abdul Syed, this session effectively reached a diverse audience of both employees and customers. The talk comprehensively covered essential aspects of organ donation, including what it is, its different types, the critical distinction between brain death and cardiac arrest, the significance of the donor card, the consent process, common myths and misconceptions, and the urgent need for organ donation in society. The session saw 60 participants actively engage with the information. Following the informative discussion, all 60 individuals enthusiastically pledged to donate their organs and received their donor cards. This successful event at Bajaj Electronics highlights the significant potential for businesses and public spaces to play a vital role in community health awareness and the promotion of life-saving initiatives.
