Situated in Sholinghur, Vidya Peetam Senior Secondary School, provides a quality education to the students in and around Sholinghur. Mr Ganesh C, Marketing coordinator approached the school correspondent Ms. Vishvabharathi and the Principal Mr. Thavasi Moni with a request for awareness sessions for the students.
They agreed for awareness on organ donation for students of Standard 7 and above as well as for teachers to be completed in the next few months.
Based on this the first two sessions were conducted for students on July 15, 2023. A group of 27 and another of 29 students were given a lecture on organ donation. The session was made interactive with film clips and quizzes.
MOHAN Foundation whole heartedly thanks the school management, The Correspondent Ms. Vishvabharathi, the Principal Mr. Thavasi Moni, and teachers for their support throughout the sessions.
