On 6th August 2016 MOHAN Foundation was part of the Awareness Campaign 'More to Give' organized by NDTV and Fortis Hospital.
MOHAN Foundation invited a few organ recipients to share their stories with NDTV, which were aired live. Mrs. Jaya Jairam, MOHAN Foundation, who is a kidney recipient herself, shared her emotional story and how this inspired her to join MOHAN Foundation.
Student volunteers from Nagindas Khandwala College, Malad were also invited by MOHAN Foundation to perform an educative skit. Other student volunteers from Lala Lajpatrai college who had been invited by NDTV and Fortis participated as well.
Dr.Ravi Mohanka and Dr.Somnath Chattopadhyay, Liver Transplant specialists from Global Hospital spoke on organ donation being the need of the hour.
