MOHAN Foundation was invited by Col Navjot Singh to conduct lecture on Organ Donation on 24thAugust 2018 at 9:30 am at Thapar University, Patiala.
All the NCC officers, professors from different Universities and students participated in the program. Over 400 participants attended the program.
Ms. Aakriti Negi addressed the audience telling them how important is Organ Donation and it provides a great opportunity in everyone’s life to come ahead and pledge to donate their organs can save lives.
Participants were given the presentation on Organ Donation, Brain Death and when is organ transplanted needed by Aakriti Negi.
She also explained about the living donations and deceased donation and which organs can be donated after death.
Audience were pleased and appreciated MOHAN foundation work on Organ Donation in India and they have increased donation in the Chandigarh tricity.
The entire audience got motivated and convinced to support Organ Donation. Audience did applaud in the end for the efforts taken by MOHAN Foundation.
It was a great program and the audience would come forward to engage by motivating others.
