The meeting, headed by Shri Neeraj K Pawan (IAS), Chairman of Rajasthan State Sports Council, was held at the Rajasthan State Sports Council office on March 20, 2025, to promote organ donation during the five IPL matches in Jaipur. The meeting was attended by representatives from MFJCF, including Shri Rajeev Arora (Chairman, MFJCF), Smt. Bhavna Jagwani, Shri Thakurdas, Shri Govind Gurbani, Shri Prajesh Taneja, Shri Yash Karla, Smt. Vandana, Professor Amla Batra, and Smt. Priyanka Bhatt. Representatives from the State Organ and Tissue Transplant Organization (SOTTO), including Dr. Dharmesh, and from the Health Department, including Dr. Neha, were also present. Key decisions made during the meeting included placing large hoardings on organ donation at all main gates of SMS Stadium, installing 20 QR code banners for organ donation pledges, inviting donor families to each match and organizing tree plantations by them, displaying placards by MFJCF members reading “I Support Organ Donation” during matches, and screening organ donation awareness clips in the stadium.
