On 1st July, 2017, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Ms Sujata Ashtekar, a KEM-ROTTO representative, Dr. Vikram Khanna and Dr. Ritesh Agarwal of S.L.Raheja Hospital, Mumbai to set up an Organ donation Awareness Camp/ Stall at S.L.Raheja Hospital , Mumbai as part of Doctor’s Day celebration at their hospital.
MOHAN Foundation Representatives approached the patient relatives entering the hospital lobby and made them aware of the concept of organ donation in addition to barriers and myths related to organ donation. Queries related to organ donation addressed by them were answered to their satisfaction.
We sincerely appreciate the patient relatives who agreed to pledge their organs and signed up for organ donation. A total of 4 such patient relatives signed up.
We wish to convey our sincere thanks to ROTTO, Dr. Vikram Khanna and Dr. Ritesh Agarwal of S.L.Raheja Hospital, Mumbai for giving us an opportunity to further our cause in organ donation.
