On 15 th March 2024, Padmavathi Vasudevan of MOHAN Foundation conducted an eye andorgan donation awareness session at AIIMS Hospital, Dombivli Mumbai.There were about 35 employees in the office. The session introduced the Kotak Netradan,project undertaken by MOHAN Foundation and its importance and need to create awareness about eye donation and breaking the rigid thoughts ingrained into the heads of everyone.Wanting them to think about the same. PPT was shown about eyes specially cornea blindnessand the stats currently. The main aim was to educate and bring in awareness about the sensitive topics not touched upon. The employees were responsive and even showed interest in knowingmore. There were few who were ready to take the pledge. The Organ donation Pledge link wasshared with the team and MOHAN Foundation 24x7 helpline number as well.MOHAN Foundation thanks Kotak Life Insurance for their Partnership in this much needed project on Eye donation.
