The Masterclass on First impressions, Stress management and Communication on 18th May 2019 at Abode Hotel, Hyderabad started at 2pm with 30 participants (Transplant coordinators) from the hospitals of Hyderabad.
Firstly Mrs. Sreeveni, a reputed trainer and image consultant, took a session on first impressions where she covered the way of talking, dressing and body language.
Next, Mr. Kameswara Rao conducted a session on stress management and he covered aspects on Positive and negative stress, physical and mental stress and how to overcome stress.
Finally, Mrs. Lalitha Raghuram conducted a session on communication and covered how to improve communication skills in different situations, Team work, where Smart and Hard work were covered.
The program concluded at 9:00pm. All participants gave extremely good feedback about the entire program and mentioned that they learnt new things and that they look forward to such programs in the future.
