On 21st May 2019, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the secretary, Red Cross - Punjab, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for their First Aid Students at Vivekanand Bhawan, Chandigarh. Around 40 participants from various parts of Punjab, Haryana & Chandigarh College Students, Patient Care Attendants, Home Nursing, Nannies and Bus Conductors participated in the program.
Participants were given the presentation on organ donation and brain death by Ms. Neha Sharma.
In this talk she explained the following points: -
It was an interactive session. The entire group got motivated and convinced to support organ donation. They would love to share their wish with their families and also respect the body after death.
