



On 22nd May 2019, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Principal Mrs. Sukhjit Kaur & Vice Principal Mr. Sohan Sharma of Government Model Senior Secondary School, Kaimbwala, Chandigarh to conduct an awareness talk for their students. Approximately 60 students from class 12th attended the session.
Students were given an introduction & presentation on how important is organ donation and tissue donation and how many end stage patients are waiting for organ transplant by Ms. Neha Sharma.
The talk focused on concepts of organ donation and transplantation.
Explained the following points:-
It was indeed and amazing session all the students were highly motivated with the noble cause by the MOHAN Foundation. They took the donor cards to express their wish through MOHAN Foundation. In the end they were also told that it is very important to tell your family about their wish. Also, helping people to visualize the lifesaving impact that organ donation makes on their community.
