  On 9^th February 2022, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Nexa (CM Auto Sales,) Phase-7 Mohali, and this program was organised by Shakuntla Foundation to conduct an awareness talk on Organ Donation. Around 22 participants attended the session.

  Participants were given an introduction and presentation on organ donation and brain death by Ms. Neha Sharma Katoch.

  In this talk she explained the following points.

  • Importance and need of organ donation
  • Difference between Natural Death, Coma and Brain Death
  • Importance of Donor card
  • Types of Donations - Live & Deceased donation
  • Role of MOHAN Foundation

  It was indeed and amazing session as participants asked various questions and enquired the process of online pledging as they desire to pledge organ online and All of them took donor cards.
