On December 11, 2024, the MOHAN Foundation Vadodara team received a call from Railway Hospital Vadodara regarding a 91-year-old patient, Mrs. Kulkarni, who expressed her desire to donate her eyes after death. The team promptly visited the hospital to conduct counselling and explain the corneal donation process to her daughters, who would provide consent on her behalf. Following the counselling session, the team proceeded with filling out Form 9 from SOTTO to document the patient's details and obtain the consent for the donation.
