  On 10 September 2018 MOHAN Foundation Jaipur Citizen Forum Navjeevan teamwith the help of AU Small Finance Bank, conducted an awareness talk on organ donation at Sambhariya Panchayat, Bassi Jaipur to make people aware about the organ donation.

  Dr.  Amla Batra and Mr. Pavan Kumar Dubey represented the MFJCF team. Mr. Narendra Kumar from AU Small Finance Bank also attended the program.

  Mr. Naresh Kumar Swawla (Sarpanch) and Mr. Ganesh Narayan Gurjar (Gram Sevak) along with 40 villagers attended the session and got sensitized about organ donation.

  Dr. Amla Batra Jain gave presentation with the help of video based on organ donation and brain death and covered following things.

  1. Brain death and organ donation.
  2. Live and Cadaver Donation.
  3. 29 Organ Donors of Rajasthan.

   

  Some questions were also asked and answered by MFJCF team.

  1. How can I become an organ donor?
  2. If I need a heart where should I contact than?
  3. Is there any penalty if somebody found selling organs?

   

  After the session 30 villagers picked up the donor cards and posed with organ donation message board for photographs.
