On 25th August 2015, Leo Club of South Madras conducted an awareness programme on Organ Donation at Ada Lovelace Hall, Anna University, Chennai. Mr. Pratheeb Kumar, Leo Club President, Department of Information Technology, College of Engineering Guindy, invited TRANSTAN to give an awareness talk on Organ Donation. The programme began with a welcome address by Ms. Banu Vice Principal and she explained the importance of event and encouraged the students to support the noble cause.
Mr. Prakash. K and Ms. AT. Sunitha Transplant Coordinators, MOHAN Foundation facilitated the event and Mr. Prakash spoke about the Concepts of Organ Donation.

At the end of the programme documentary film was shown and prepared by the students. Totally 20 staff and 250 students participated and supported the noble cause and all of then took donor cards.
