On 24th December 2017, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mr. Nagrajan Iyer, our Angel of Change for the Free Health Check-up and free Surgery Camp organized at Kalyan in association with Giants Group of Kalyan Metro to put up Awareness Stall on Organ Donation.
MOHAN Foundation representatives had interactions with the people who wanted to pledge for their organs and wanted to know more about the concept of Organ Donation in which thorough information was given on what is Organ Donation, who can donate their organs, when and what organs can be donated. The information on the pledge form and donor card was also given during the interaction.
A total of 15 people got sensitized on the issue of Organ Donation as well as pledged their organs and signed up for Organ Donation.
We wish to convey our sincere thanks to Mr. Nagrajan Iyer and Mr. Ashok Khandewal, a team member of Giants Group of Kalyan Metro for giving us the opportunity to put up an Organ Donation awareness stall and to further our cause in organ donation.
