On September 21st 2019, the Youth Red Cross (YRC) student members of Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts and Science College for Women organized a free mega medical and blood donation camp. MOHAN Foundation was invited by Mrs. Niranjana, Faculty at the college, to set up an Information Desk during the event.
Ms. Juhija, Bio-statistician at MOHAN Foundation, manned the information desk during the event from 10 AM to 1 PM. The discussion points at the desk were:
Many such queries were answered. Over 20 people visited the stall and picked up information brochures, green ribbons, discussed organ donation and 16 people pledged to donate their organs. MOHAN Foundation thanks Mrs. Niranjana, YRC and the college management for this opportunity.
