MOHAN Foundation was invited by Dr. D. T. Powar, Regional Transport Officer, Giripeth, Nagpur to conduct an awareness session on organ donation and transplantation. The program was conducted on 5 August 2016, for drivers who apply for vehicles registration and driving license.
Mr. Bulu Behera delivered a talk on Organ donation. In his talk he explained the following points:-
Approximately 35 drivers were present at the talk. 3 drivers took the donor card. The discussion after the talk was on age limit to donation and causes of brain death.
