MOHAN Foundation was invited by Dr. D. T. Powar, Regional Transport Officer, Geripeth, Nagpur to conduct an awareness session on organ donation. The talk was for those drivers who apply for vehicles registration and driving license and was held on 5th July 2016.
Mr. Bulu Behera, Transplant coordinator of MOHAN Foundation delivered a talk on Organ donation. In his talk he explained the following points:-
It was a very interactive session. Approximately 40 drivers were present during the talk. 1 driver took the donor card.
The Drivers asked the following questions:-

Live donor can be donate lungs?
Till today how many people have signed the consent form for donate organs?
