Dr. Muneet began the session by showing them an inspirational video on organ donation. The participants had various inputs regarding the need for organ donation in India and the gap between demand and supply. Lack of awareness, cultural & religious beliefs, fear of being ostracised from the community especially in villages and logistics involved in the whole process were some of the points that were brought up by the participants.

Dr. Muneet explained the various myths on organ donation and gave their corresponding reality checks. She also explained the process of corneal donation and how all of us as individuals should at least propagate and promote it.

Around 15 participants attended the session and 2 forms (Form- 7) were picked up.
