On 8th March, 2020, MOHAN Foundation was invited by JointsnMotion to setup an awareness stall at their yoga and wellness event that was being conducted by them on the occasion of International women's day.
More than 150 people, mostly women, participated in the event. Mrs.Jaya Jairam addressed the crowd and motivated them to discuss their wish of donating their organs, with their loved ones. The audience were explained the concept of brain death and the process of organ donation.
Mr.Nitin Tambe manned the stall and helped provide information to the people.
MOHAN Foundation is thankful to its Angel of Change volunteer, Mrs. Jayalakshmi Krishnan, for organising the event and to Dr Sudarshan Singh of JointsnMotion for his continued support for the cause.
