  On 12^th August 2023, MOHAN Foundation conducted an awareness talk at Golconda Military hospital. The session was conducted in association with Army Wife’s Association. Bhanu Prakash and Ms. Srividya Subramanian were the key resources.

  Dr. Bhanu Prakash started the session by asking a few introductory questions on Organ Donation and then introduced MOHAN Foundation to the participants and kept the audience engaged throughout the session. The following were discussed in detail:

  • Organ donation and its need in the society
  • When and how does organ donation take place
  • Organs that can be donated during life and after death
  • Transplant waiting list in India
  • Role of MOHAN Foundation
  • Eye donation
