On 8th September 2021, MOHAN Foundation was invited by the Principal Mrs. Rupinder Kaur, to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for their NSS Students at Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School, Sector-23 , Chandigarh. Around 40 Students from class 12th attended the session.
At the beginning of the session, Ms. Reetu Agarwal, NSS Programme Officer, Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School welcomed all the participants and introduced Ms. Neha Sharma Katoch. She then invited her to begin the session.
Ms. Neha Sharma Katoch began the session by explaining the full form of MOHAN. She informed the audience that MOHAN is not someone’s name but an acronym. She explained the basic concepts of organ donation and transplantation with the help of a simple PowerPoint presentation.

At the end, Ms. Reetu Agarwal, Programme Officer gave the vote of thanks. She said that the session was very fruitful and helped the participants to understand the concept of organ donation.
