On 13th January 2025, MOHAN Foundation was invited by Dr. Japreet Kashyap, NSS Program Officer to conduct an awareness talk on organ donation for their NSS Volunteers at DAV Senior Secondary School Lahore Sector-8C, Chandigarh. Around 180 Students attended the session.
Dr. Jaspreet Kahyap NSS Program Officer addressed the gathering and gave a brief introduction on organ donation to the NSS Volunteers.
Ms. Neha Sharma Katoch began the session by explaining the full form of MOHAN. She informed the audience that MOHAN is not someone’s name but an acronym. She explained the basic concepts of organ donation and transplantation with the help of a simple PowerPoint presentation.

The session was very interactive where students enthusiastically asked many questions. All the questions were answered after the presentation. The entire group got motivated and convinced to support organ donation. They would love to share their wish with their families and also respect for the body after death.
