On 23, January 2016, MOHAN Foundation conducted an awareness session for the Air Force cadets at Ropar NCC academy, in which students from various Army Schools and colleges of Panjab participated. Wing Commodore Bhandari helped in organizing the camp. Around 600 participated in the camp from different districts of Panjab.
The session started by Mr.Dewan Lecture on organ donation and later Ms.Nilakshi gave a presentation on Organ donation Law and Brain death and the process of donation. It was an interactive session as students shared their experiences that how their relatives were benefited from the cadaver program and so many cadets came up with very interesting queries on the same.
Majority of the cadets promised to pledged their organs and propagate the word around in their respective region.
