On 20th March 2023, MOHAN Foundation in association with Lions Club and NCC conducted an awareness session on organ donation at Vila Marie Degree College for Women in Somajiguda. Dr. Bhanu Chandra and Ms. Srividya.S were the key speakers
Dr. Bhanu Chandra started the session by asking a few introductory questions on Organ Donation and then introduced MOHAN Foundation to the participants and kept the audience engaged throughout the session. The following were discussed in detail:
Ms. Srividya.S spoke about the role of social media in promoting organ donation and various other avenues to sensitise the masses on organ donation. The participants enthusiastically posed several questions.
Brochures and donor cards were distributed at the end of the session. Close to 300 students were present in the session.
