On March 8, 2025, the MOHAN Foundation conducted an insightful organ donation awareness session for Batch - 3 students at Ocean Dream Marine Training Institute, Belapur.
Led by Ms. Prarthana Dwivedi, the session educated 40 students on brain death, cardiac death, and the life-saving impact of organ and tissue donation. Students actively engaged, asking thoughtful questions such as
1. Can cornea donation and body donation happen simultaneously?
2. What are the symptoms indicating the need for a kidney transplant?
MOHAN Foundation sincerely thanks Ms. Aarohi for her support in organizing the session. The event inspired students to become advocates for organ donation, fostering greater awareness and compassion.
