On 23rd and 24th September, 2013 awareness sessions on organ donation was organised for the employees of IBM at Manyata Tech Park, Bengaluru. The session started with the participants sharing their knowledge on organ donation. After that; Ms. Smeja Paul, Project Manager, MOHAN Foundation, Bengaluru explained to the gathering about organ donation, about the legal aspects involved in the whole process and about the concept of brain death. She emphasised on every single one of them can help spread awareness about the issue. The talk was followed by an interactive session. 47 employees who attended the talk picked up the donor card.
