On January 24, 2026, MOHAN Foundation, Ranchi, conducted an organ donation awareness session at Indrapuri, Ranchi, with the objective of creating awareness among aspirants and local community members about the importance of organ and tissue donation. The session aimed to educate participants on the life-saving impact of organ donation and to encourage informed discussions on the subject. Around five people attended the session, making it a small yet meaningful gathering for direct interaction and awareness building.
The session was led by Mr. Mukesh Kumar Singh, who explained the key concepts of organ and tissue donation in a clear and accessible manner. He spoke about the significance of donation in saving lives, addressed common myths and misconceptions, and clarified doubts related to the donation process, eligibility, and related concerns. The participants listened attentively and engaged in the discussion, making the session informative and impactful. Overall, the activity contributed to MOHAN Foundation’s continued efforts to promote awareness and foster positive attitudes toward organ donation in the community.
